Who needs a LLC or Corporation?

I recently decided to become an LLC which stands for limited liability company.
I didnt know anything about LLC's but was told by my friend that it was the best way to go when opening a business and that most small businesses are LLC's. In terms of a Corporation (INC) generally big companys like Walmart go that route. Anyways I did not know where to begin I have always had promblems filing papper work. click here They are a filing agency and they filed for my LLC and it was fast quick and easy all I did was fill out my business information and the prices are pretty cheap it includes all filing and notary fees etc I would recomed it to anyone wanting to become an LLC, im actually planning to corporate through them for my other business.
